Yesterday My division was having a annual general meeting. I was so looking forward to it!! every year we will have a blast! we will start argument and much more like a war haha. But for this year, Mr.Lee our deputy officer some sort, will attend our annual meeting. it will not be as much fun like we used to have. So the meeting starts around 12.45p.m. and ended around 4p.m.. me and my gang have load of question and wanting so many answer and a bunch of suggestion, but we cant say it out first!(cause or Mr. ahem) we must be patience ha a. after all the AJK present their annual report and some Question, Mr.Lee have to leave. yippee, it's our party time. we start asking question like crazy!

As for this year, there will be some different rules and arrangements:- new rules for adult member who is still in school, co curriculum points and teams grouping. the most pathetic thing is every certificate we earn from competition or what so ever, cannot be given out! WTF the cert is ours why we cant have it?? The adult AJK say a couple of excuse: ' its for recording by the end of your schooling day and to keep you peeps close to the division'. stupid excuses la! aih there is nothing we can do. For this year there aren't as much dramas as last year. seems so quiet.

Last year, in July and August our division receive some proficiency course. In July Knowledge of The Order, Accident Prevention and Craft(no course needed) In August Animal Care, Fitness(badminton), Knowledge of the Order(once again), Administration and Fire Fighting and Prevention. I took Knowledge of The Order and craft in July and August Animal care, Fitness and Fire Fighting and Prevention. Guess what?? the result is out!! I pass!! all of them!!! HURRAY! In this month of February, I will still be having 1 more. Casualty Stimulation that is. Actually there is still 1, which is Computer Skill (doesn't enquirer course), but my computer class certificate is gone! I dunno where it is. aih might as well give it up. do u want to have a look at them?? I mean da badge that I passed? I know u guys wan them! haha. here it is:

The rules in proficiency is simple:

• You must get at least 4 badges before the age of 16 in order for you to continue taking proficiency course until the age of 21.

• In 1 year duration, you are only allow to get 4 badge. if u get more than that you are not allow to apply for the grand prior badge. ( said by my chairperson, dunno whether true anot) FYI the grand prior badge is present to you by the England Queen Elizabeth.

I'm so pissed when i heard that! cz my chairperson was not happy plus a lil jealous that I get more badges than her! so was some other people. The reason I'm so piss is cause i get more than 4 badges last year! i get 5!! i took more than 4 subject is mainly cause i did not expect to pass all my courses. I thought I will at least fail 1 course?? I just plan to take extra additional 1 more course for back-up. All my plan for now is ruin!! Oh well, at least I have more badges now than many other people that i dislike!
