RINGO Pigment is a highly concentrated loose colour powder. Can be use on eye, face, lips, nails, hair even make glitter lotion it's very useful but people often use it as a eye shadow. They come in a wide range of colour. For face, pigment can be use as a high light or something I din use in on my face before. For eyes, you can use angle brush or small paint brush and draw it as a eye liner or maybe use it as an eye shadow. On nails, just buy a clear nail polish and add in your desire colour of pigment in then VOILA a new nail colour. For body lotion, Sometimes you'll be a spot light in a party or dinner juz take some lotion add in some pigment and put on the place which u need some glitter on.
